SRC-12 Model Inflatable SF6 Insulated Ring Main Unit Switchgear is developed and produced by Shenzhen Rongdian Enterprise Co., Ltd ourself, being applied in 10KV/6KV distribution system intensively and also is the most preferred switch products for changing distribution system of urban and rural users.
Switchgears is modularization unit model, which can be combined according to different applications. Two kind of fixed unit combination and extensible can meet the demand of compact switchgears used flexibly for those various transformer substation.
SRC-12 model Inflatable SF6 Insulated Ring Main Unit Switchgear is a full sealed system. Its all electronic parts and switches are sealed in the stainless steel body. Entire switch device is not affected by external environmental conditions and can ensure the operation reliability and personal safety to realize maintenance free. The switch can realize any combination by selecting the extendable bus line to achieve modularization. Full insulated and shielded extendable bus line can ensure high reliability and safety. SRC-12 model Inflatable SF6 Insulated Ring Main Unit Switchgear can provide automation solution for factory simultaneously and can form the concept of intelligentized switch, which can lower workload of installation and debugging minimally.
SRC-12 model Inflatable SF6 Insulated Ring Main Unit Switchgear has non-extended and extensible standard configuration two kinds. The switchgear has full module and semi-modules unit and itself expansibility so that there is more extremely special flexibility.
SRC-12 model Inflatable SF6 Insulated Ring Main Unit Switchgear is executed by GB standard. And the designed operation life is more than thirty years at room temperature 20ºC.
3. Performance features:
(1)SRC-12 series inflatable switchgear is inflated with SF6 gas, which is used as arc extinction and insulation medium.
(2)Switchgear is full sealed and insluated structure; Bus line, switch and electric parts are fully sealed in the stainless steel shell. The cavity body is inflated with 1.4bar SF6 gas and protection level reach to IP67. A switch device is unaffected by outside environmental conditions completely. The switch can be operated normally under short time water immersed extreme conditions and the product is maintained freely in its service life.
(3)Switchgear has perfect five-prevention inter-lock device, which can completely eliminate human operation error that can affect personal and equipment operation disturbance.
(4)All switchgear cabinet has reliable safety decompression channel, which can guarantee operators personal security enven though in extreme condition.
